Cisco is one of the top companies hire H1 Indians… After the last layoff, only
2 people with H1 were laid off and they were re hired back in different group
with in Cisco.. Many Americans were not hired back… We need to end H1.

I am myself a US citizen and I toally agree with Padma. These cheats coming from Andhra and Tamilnadu has maligned the identity of other Indians who came on their own credentials decades ago. These asses take 4 week training, shamelessly lie on their resumes, hire another person to give interview and then come to US on H1-B. Have you ever seen any telugu hiring another non-telugu or tamil hiring another non-tamil?. Simply because these assholes want to hide their own dirty laundry and any outsider is threat to them. I hope Obama administration kicks out every one of these asses out of the country.

I believe it is time for Americans to speak up and take back the country from thieves. When did the American people get a chance to approve the crazy visa rules? These visa rules were created by crooked cooperations that selfishly exploited American workers for increased profits. As a result we exported out technology,and destroyed our middle class.
Hire U.S. Citizens first. Time for all these visa holders to go home. It our country. All other countries follow this simple idea.

when everyone was happy and making money no one bothered about H1B..which may not super talented or phd..but realy they know how to work hard ..and get things done..and till now everything was working…
but suddely with this economy everyone is blaming to H1B..??? how come…???
Desi consulting companies made profit out of it..but they just supplied what american companies wanted…another thing…that no good american company directly hires H1B from india..unless you have good american experience..that only comes if you have first worked as a consultant with desi company..
also big american consulting companies gets H1B from desi consulting company..they also made profit while just giving left over for poor indian IT guy..who realy worked…
America is talking about making legal to illegals…but very harsh for H1B..why..??
agreed that if you dont want new people dont bring them in….but what about people who are working here from last 5 years…or more..what about there american dreams…huh…

This is called height of protectionism. What would happen if just Walmart stops imports from China. May be you won’t be able to afford basic necessities.
