SAP had their layoff about a month ago. Now, there’s a Warn notice for a layoff on May 19th? Something doesn’t make sense here… Is this Warn notice part of a second layoff, or is it an “after the fact” Warn filing for the layoff that happened a month ago?
If you were laid off by SAP Palo Alto, you might want to investigate whether SAP followed the appropriate procedures regarding Warn notices. If SAP didn’t follow the Warn process correctly, you might have a case that could work out to your benefit.
Why? Recession affect them too ?
